Privacy policy.

Benchmark results are private by default and published only when you ask for it. Private contact and payment data always remains separate from any public profile.

Information collected

Mlola may collect purchaser contact details, submitted product URLs, payment status, benchmark artifacts, profile views, and outbound click events. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Mlola.

Public benchmark data

Benchmark results are private by default. A result becomes public only if you tick the publication option at checkout. Published profiles may include company name, product URL, dated snapshots, scores, model interpretations, benchmark versions, rank history, and aggregate traffic figures. Unpublished results are used only to deliver your own report.

Use of data

Data is used to deliver and improve benchmarks, maintain index integrity, attribute traffic, prevent abuse, respond to purchaser questions, and create aggregate research. Research claims will be based on sufficient genuine data.

Service providers and retention

Mlola uses providers such as Paddle to process payments and hosting providers to deliver the site. Purchase records are retained as required for service delivery, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Evidence from a published profile may remain public as historical index data until you request withdrawal, or where removal is required by law or justified by a rights or safety issue.

Your requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of private contact information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Public benchmark corrections follow the methodology and do not silently rewrite historical results.
