Terms of service.

These terms govern Mlola Clarity benchmark purchases, publication, and use of the Mlola index.

Operator

Mlola is a brand operated by Fikri Firdaus in Sidoarjo, Indonesia. Contact: hello@mlola.com.

Purchase

A Mlola Clarity purchase is a $49 one-time benchmark, not a subscription. A qualifying re-test is $29 per run. Applicable tax and the final amount will be shown at checkout.

Product scope

Paddle checkout on clarity.mlola.com is used only for Mlola Clarity and qualifying re-tests. Mlola Clarity is a standardized automated evaluation of a submitted public website. The deliverable is a versioned online result containing a preserved snapshot, model interpretations, evidence, scoring, and optional index placement.

Delivery and queueing

Benchmark purchases may be queued. Mlola will contact the purchase email if eligibility needs clarification or unusual demand materially changes delivery timing. If Mlola cannot complete an eligible benchmark within 30 days, the purchaser may request a full refund.

Results and rankings

Payment purchases benchmark execution only. It does not purchase score points, category preference, visibility, or rank. Results reflect a dated benchmark version and are not warranties of business performance.

Publication is optional

Results are private by default. Nothing is listed in the public index unless you tick the publication option at checkout. If you do publish, the profile contains your product name, URL, dated snapshot, score, model interpretations, evidence, and rank history. You may ask Mlola to withdraw a published profile at any time by emailing hello@mlola.com, and you may ask to publish a private result later.

Acceptable use

Submissions must be lawful and must not attempt to manipulate evaluation, infringe third-party rights, or interfere with Mlola systems. Mlola may decline an ineligible submission and refund the benchmark fee.
